My Keralam
Now a days, a own house is very much essential for leading a happy family and social life. House can be built according to ones vision and economic ability. In Kerala we can see small hut and beautiful mansions throughout the two sides of roads. In villages are slso scenes are in the same manner.
Money is enough, but the resources are too scarce. Latterate , Sand ,Wood etc are very costly. Other building materials are also have the same pattern. Fifty or sixty lakh is not more for a common house , we are seen around. By seeing this, actually we feel "Keralam is a Gods own country "
But how many trying to know the actual Keralam.Only few, definitely I can say. The inner Keralam, Unemployment, poverty, illness, and other so many atrocities are definitely reigning the people.
The source behind this is foreign Money.Lakhs of Malayalies are working in different foreign countries.Their savings are flying to our State and the only thing a Malayaly can easily do is invest the money for constructing beautiful palaces. Any other investment need so many formalities. On the way certainly one or other reason the Government and its different machinery constituted for observing licensing formalities becomes his enemies . Atlast he became pauper and his start up structure lay there as a memorial of his past futile enthusiasm
So it is said that Keralam, a burial ground of marginal and small scale industries. There are so many agencies to impose restrictions, but none to to promote - that is the situation. Function, Development and sustain of a firm is only the investors alone obligation. The financier (Bank) employees, Government have no role. Financier will interfere when instalment falls due. Government agencies visits for the verification of various permissions and certificates. Employees have only a bother of their benefits. After all, the whole responsibility to run the industry is depend on the investor. No body to study the situation and offer help. All are in opposite side. At last close the shutter and lose all the investment . At last, the investor and his family became pauper and thrown into street. That was the situation in kerala. This should be changed. An investor friendly atmosphere to be created. By observing all procedures , a liberalised licensing system should be adopted. The functioning of the firm is not the only responsibility of the investor, but the responsibility of government also. Then only the foreign money coming here can be utilize for future effectively . I would like to attend such thoughts and discussions.
